Note: The promo codes listed on this page are only compatible with orders place through The Official Minecraft Shop (minecraftshop.com). They cannot be used on any orders of digital product placed through minecraft.net, or through official games console stores (i.e. the Xbox Marketplace or PlayStation Store)
What shipping options does the Minecraft Shop offer?
The Minecraft Shop can ship orders anywhere within in the US, with a choice of standard, expedited or priority shipping available at the checkout. There are generally no free shipping offers, and fees are calculated at the checkout based on what you've order, where it's shipping to, and which delivery option you've chosen. Regardless of your order, tracking details will be sent to you once order has shipped.
Standard shipping takes 5 - 8 business days, whereas expedited shipping takes to 3 - 5 business days to arrive, and priority shipping will be with you after 2 - 3 working days. Note that depending on the item you've ordered and whether it is currently in stock, there may be an additional 4 - 10 working days of processing time before your order ships.
Can I buy digital products through the Minecraft Shop?
The Official Minecraft Shop (minecraftshop.com) is only for merchandise, and not Minecoins, Realms, or game downloads (which are instead covered through the main Minecraft website, or your console's online store). Instead, you can expect to find apparel, accessories, stationery, bed sets, backpacks and more, each with officially licensed Minecraft designs.
What is the Minecraft Shop returns policy?
Should you decide you want to send most items back to the Minecraft Shop, you can do so for whatever reason within a month of making your purchase under the brand's 30-day money back guarantee. Just contact the team through the website, and they will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover return costs.
Although this returns policy does not apply to all items across the store's range, any items not included will be marked as exempt on their individual product pages, meaning you will be able to see this before you place your order. Note that all online exclusives, personalized items, and products marked final sale are also exempt from the standard returns policy.

They aren't extensive, but The Minecraft Shop does occasional run sales, with discount prices on selected items. You can expect to find up to 20% off certain products - especially online exclusives - with some deals appearing around key holidays like Black Friday and Christmas, as well as back to school season and more. We'll update this page whenever we see discounts on the Minecraft Shop range, so check back regularly to get the best prices.
Look out for volume discounts
If you're looking to bulk buy Minecraft merch, it could be worth contacting the shop team to see if they can give you a volume discount. So long as you're ordering 100 items or more, the team may be able to offer price drops, with better deals the more you buy. Bear in mind that bulk orders are shipped via freight, and are therefore not subject to the usual shipping fees. Both bulk discounts and shipping costs will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

The first port of call should always be to check the coupon’s terms and conditions to make sure you meet all requirements. Codes may be product-specific (i.e. 5% off gaming laptops), require a minimum order value (i.e. when you spend $50 or more), or need you to verify your status (i.e. verify with a valid military email address).
