Is Loaded CDKeys?
Yes, Loaded is the new name for CDKeys which the brand adopted in the latter half of 2025, choosing a more modern-sounding name that felt less associated with older hardware. Loaded still stocks the same selection of games at discount prices, just with new branding.
How does Loaded work?
When you buy a game through Loaded, instead of sending you a physical copy of the game, you'll be sent a ‘key’, which is a product code/serial number for the game you’re purchasing. You then use the key to download and activate the game.
Does Loaded give refunds?
You can only get a refund at Loaded if you haven’t opened your code and you’re requesting a refund within 7 days of purchase. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method, and it can take up to 10 business days to show the refund on your bank statement.

How we make money
