Can I send my order back to UGREEN?
UGREEN operates a 1 4-day returns policy on most orders, meaning that you can return items to them for an exchange or refund as long as you do so before this period ends. Note that this is 14 days from the day you receive your goods, and items must arrive with UGREEN in the condition they were received. Make sure to contact the brand to arrange your return before you send items - faulty items qualify for a pre-paid shipping label worth up to $10. Any items you send back because you've changed your mind must be shipped back at your own cost.

Can I get a UGREEN student discount?
