At GDC, Production Director Caio Braga gave a talk entitled "When your AAA game isn't fun: The ARC Raiders story of starting over with intent". We interviewed him afterwards to delve more deeply into how this pivot happened, what player feedback is teaching Embark about their game, and what plans they have for the future.
