Does Bose price match?
Yes, if you find a Bose product you've recently purchased being sold for less by an outlet from the brand's approved list of stores (including Best Buy), you can contact the brand's team and they'll match the lower price, refunding you the difference within 14 days.
What is My Bose Perks?
My Bose Perks is the audio brand's loyalty program, letting you sign up to get exclusive rewards. Joining is free through the Bose site and includes handy shopping features such as wish lists, easier repair requests and order tracking, and simpler warranty management.
Members are also sent exclusive discounts on a regular basis, including on their birthday and when they first sign up, plus you'll gain access to prize giveaways, early access to new products, and faster checkout features.
Does Bose run a trade-in program?
Yes, if you have old Bose tech and are happy to send it in to the brand, you can get up to $300 store credit depending on the item and its condition. You can get up to $150 for headphones, $100 for earbuds, $300 for soundbars and $200 for speakers. Bose will even cover the cost of shipping your item to them.
Does Bose accept returns?
Depending on the item you ordered, you will have between 30 and 90 days to send your item back to Bose for a refund if you change your mind. You can start the process by heading to the Bose website and signing in, then navigating to your orders. Once you've let the brand know you're sending your item back, they will provide you with a free returns shipping label.
