This chill procgen driving game has a very clever UI feature

Slow Roads is a zen game about driving cars on endless procedurally generated tracks. It is much, much prettier and more enveloping than you'd expect from a game with procgen at its heart. I was surprised: I'd like to write more about it soon. You should definitely try out the demo.

That aside, I was pretty impressed by Slow Roads' answer to the now ubiquitous driving line in modern car games. You know how, in Forza for instance, there's always a distracting blue or red line on the road, which—depending on your pedantry level, and mine is high—kinda detracts from the immersion? You can toggle these off, of course, but it'd be nice if there was a more elegant answer to the big, loud, shining, sparkling race line.

Below is Slow Roads' answer. Maybe another game has done this and I haven't seen it. If so, do let me know?
