I'll level with you: I wanted to tell you all about magic school sim Songs of Glimmerwick for its launch this week but I've been playing Nivalis Nights too and there are only so many hours to be life simming in my real life day. I played the Glimmerwick demo this summer, though, and was totally enchanted by it. Life sims just don't usually get so much voice acting and commitment to A Vibe as this. So until I get to play more of the full version, I just want you to see (and hear) what I found so lovable about its opening days at magic school in this series of clips from my brief (so far) play time.
