Phantom Blade Zero unlocks this week, but you've still got time to grab one of these six PC controllers starting at just $25

I'm jazzed for the release of Phantom Blade Zero on October 29. It's a stunning-looking third-person action RPG, and that means you (and I) will be wanting to play it on a controller.

I've found six of our favourites going for very reasonable prices. The cheapest is this 8BitDo Ultimate 2C wireless model going for a mere $25 at Amazon, followed closely by our new best budget gaming controller pick, the GameSir Nova Lite 2, for just $30.

Sure, it doesn't have a discount, but does it really need one when it's that cheap? If you've got deeper pockets, though, I've turned up some real stunners. There's our best PC controller overall, the 92% scoring GameSir G7 Pro, for $80. Or our best wired controller, the Scuf Valor Pro, for $77.

Or, if you really don't mind spending a pretty penny, there's always the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K to consider for $152. Whichever you pick, any of these excellent controllers should do you proud in your next boss battle—and we stand by the merits of each and every one.
