Can I get free shipping on my Meta order?
All orders for Meta hardware include free shipping as standard, saving you on any additional fees. Delivery times vary depending on your items and address, but you'll be emailed tracking info as soon as your order is out for delivery, letting you keep a close eye on when your products will be arriving.
Can I get refurbished Meta devices?
Occasionally, Meta will sell refurbished models through its store, although it doesn't operate a dedicated refurbished tech section that you can visit regularly. Any refurbished devices the brand does sell are second-hand or open-box returns that have been looked at by their team to make sure they're like-new besides minor cosmetic damage, with repairs and cleaning done wherever necessary to guarantee you a high-quality product. The best part? Prices can be discounted by up to 25%.
Do I need a Meta account to use my Meta hardware?
Yes, you will need to sign in to a Meta account when setting up your new hardware, as your device is connected directly to your personal account. Good news - if you're already on social media (namely Facebook or Instagram), you'll already have a Meta account, so you can use this to get started. If not, accounts are free, and signing in grants you access to the vast majority of features Meta tech offers.
What is Meta Horizon+?
Horizon+ is Meta's paid subscription service for its Meta Quest headsets, giving subscribers instant access to a wide library of VR titles and apps, plus two free titles each month and as exclusive discounts. Dubbed the "Netflix of VR" (and previously known as Meta Quest+), Horizon+ will cost you $7.99 a month or $59.99 for a year's membership.
Can I return my order to Meta?
Meta's return policy lets customers get in touch with the brand's team to arrange a return for any reason, so long as they do so within 30 days of the order dispatch date. Once your return has been approved, you'll need to send your items back within 14 days. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of your item being received and inspected. Note that refunds depends on your item being returned in the condition you received it in, and subscriptions and software products are not eligible for returns.

Although its more upfront, locking in for a year means a massive $35.89 off across your plan - that's a hefty 37% off for committing for longer, making it well worth the while if you already know the service is for you.
Bundle and save
Buying one of Meta's bundles is an easy way to get lower prices if you're looking to purchase multiple products at once. These packages include a number of products, often sold at up to $100 less than you'd pay for them separately, and can include Meta Quest and Ray-Ban Meta Glasses with games or handy accessories like chargers, battery packs and cases.
Get a referral bonus
Know someone who likes AR, VR and AI devices? Meta runs a referral program which lets you generate a referral link and send it to friends and family if they're planning to order some of the brand's tech. By using your link, they'll get $30 off their order, and once their order has been confirmed, you'll receive $30 store credit as a little bonus for recommending them.
