Every so often, I am hit with the intense urge to bulldoze everything in my Sims 4 neighborhood and start over from scratch. I don't know why I do it, but I love wasting at least one week of my annual vacation razing the earth like some sort of unappeasable Sims 4 deity and rebuilding neighborhoods from the ground up, only to do it all over again the next year.

I'm under the impression this isn't a unique experience. I love listening to other simmers endlessly complain about the chore of starting fresh in The Sims, only to spend hundreds of hours meticulously crafting every home, business, and person, before they tear it all down and start again. But that's the beauty of the process, isn't it? How else would you have become the Simly scholar you are today?
