💅 Occupation: Bathhouse owner
❤️ Loves: Rare artifacts and food
💢 Dislikes: Bugs

Somehow, Mistria's most popular bachelorette is the one who doesn't even want to be here. Are we all romancing Juniper due to chronic deficiencies in self-regard that can only be made worse fixed by earning the love of a woman who thinks she's definitely smarter and prettier than us? Maybe, but we don't have time to unpack all of that!

For the nittiest of gritties, you can always turn to the page for Juniper on the Fields of Mistria wiki but right here I'll be divining the ideal path to witch wife-ing. This is your quick cheat sheet on heart thresholds to hit, which gifts to stockpile, and what her heart events entail.

Recent updates

Fields of Mistria's 1.0 launch is on August 5, which is when each character's 10 heart event and marriage are being added. I'll update with all of Juniper's final scenes and requirements as soon as I've seen them!

Juniper romance to-do list:

  • Talk to Juniper every day! (You can reach four hearts just by talking every single day of spring and summer even if you struggle with her gifts list.)
  • Always be foraging. In your first spring, morel mushrooms, nettle, and middlemist flowers are on her liked gifts list.
  • Splurge on mushroom brew from Darcy's stall at the Saturday market if you spot one in stock; they're one of her more attainable loved gifts if you get lucky.
  • Grow poinsettias in winter; it's one of the few gifts she likes that doesn't require luck or prerequisites to get your hands on.
  • Reach four hearts by Summer 28 to go on a date to the Shooting Star Festival (and the Harvest Festival dance on Fall 10).
  • Reach the lava caves on level 60+ in the mines; a Breath of Flame forageable is required for her 8 heart event.
Disclaimer

Consistency goes further than perfection when romancing Juniper. It's tough to stock up on her favorite gifts, so just talk to her every day and give her foraged items she likes instead of holding out to give her gifts that she loves.

Best gifts for Juniper

The best gift for Juniper is wine

After much agonizing, I've decided the best gift for Junier is wine which you can buy from the inn. But don't run out and buy wine on day one! It's initially expensive and you can gift her forage items (see below) early in spring instead. When it comes to playing the long game with Juniper, though, wine will become the easiest gift since you can buy it on demand at the inn any day of the year.

Latest Videos FromPC Gamer

Juniper's loved gifts list is almost entirely rare artifacts and high tier food recipes while her liked gifts are rare forage and deep mines loot. You may have lots of items she likes laying in your chests, but it's hard to stock up on any one of them.

  • Juniper's most accessible loved gift is Mushroom Brew if you spot one in stock at Balor's daily cart or Darcy's Saturday Market stall, but you can't stockpile that.
  • The cheapest gifts she likes are spring forage items like morels, nettle, and middlemist, (or monster powder from the mines) but you're going to eventually run out of those.
  • Poinsettias are one of the few flowers she likes that you can actually grow in bulk without foraging, but only in winter. If you've been dilligently wooing her in your first year, you'll likely be close to 8 hearts with her already by then. If so, there's no need to go all in on flower farming when you've likely got pocket money to spare on buying your girl a nice glass of red every day.
