We here at the PC Gaming Show know what you sickos want, because we're sickos ourselves. Or maybe it's just me, maybe that's why I was hired, who knows? Anyway, we just debuted the world premiere of Red Kiss, a sexy, stylish vampire RPG set in Berlin, 1989. It's from developer Wispfire and publisher Fellow Traveller, which put out Citizen Sleeper, and the game clearly takes some cues from the sci-fi game.

You can dispatch a brood of vampires using a roulette wheel style chance system which functions similarly to Citizen Sleeper's dice rolls; the wheel has segments that are lit up and some that are dark, and where you land determines the outcome.

As a big fan of Citizen Sleeper, that's enough to sell me on Red Kiss, but it's also got a bold art style and a plot of murder and intrigue—it is set during the Cold War, after all. You and the other vampires are all working for a master named, ahem, Daddy. Yep, I know, move past it. You're valuable to him due to your ability to telepathically talk to other vampires. 1989 was before cellphones, you see, so instant communication across large distances is a pretty big deal.

Over the course of the game, you'll have to decide if you want to be seduced by Daddy's charm and secret plans or carve out your own path. You may have to use a few vampires in the process, but we trust you to make up your own mind about what's right and wrong—that's what RPGs are all about.

Each night in Berlin offers different missions for you to send your vampiric agents out on. As well as following Daddy's orders or going your own way, you'll have to make sure your little bloodsuckers feed without raising the exposure level too high and getting your operation busted. Secrecy is essential, as each act culminates in a big heist—it really doesn't get more spy thriller than that.

If you're eager to learn more, I'm afraid you'll have to wait. You can wishlist Red Kiss on Steam to stay up to date with news as it comes, though.
