During Gamescom we sat down with the voices behind CD Projekt's upcoming expansion, The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past. We spoke to the actors behind Geralt of Rivia and Dandelion about how it feels to be back, their thoughts on the TV show, why Dandelion and Geralt are such good friends, and much more.

CD Projekt RED invited PC Gamer to be one of the first outlets in the world to preview a hands off demo of their up and coming expansion for The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past. Our news writer Josh Wolens headed to Poland to talk to both CD Projekt RED and Fool’s theory, the studio who is taking lead development of the project and learn about Geralt’s next adventure, his new weapon, visiting Dandelion's home, Witcher 3 remaster and much more.

Twenty-five years ago, Onimusha: Warlords kicked off a beloved action game franchise, blending elements of Japanese history with dark fantasy. Now, two decades since the last entry, Onimusha: Way of the Sword is bringing the series back. You play as legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi and must battle your way through the demonic forces of the genmar to free Edo period Kyoto from the clutches of evil. PC Gamer's Print Editor Robert Jones recently travelled to Capcom in Japan for an exclusive opportunity to play the game, meet the people behind it, and visit several historic sites that inspired Onimusha: Way of the Sword.

Noctua has done something special here. The cooling company famed for its brown and beige fans has stuck three of them on Asetek's high-performance Emma V2 platform for quieter operation. Put it all together, and you get the best liquid cooler we've tested in recent memory.

Gears of War is back with E-Day, launching 6 October 2026. Last week, PC Gamer Staff Writer Morgan Park got to try out two of its headline multiplayer modes, Versus and Horde Siege; here's what he thought.
