Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 guide: Tips for surviving supernatural Seattle
A primer on life as the ancient vampire Nomad.

Almost five years to the day after its first planned release date, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is finally out as of October 21, 2025. The latest tale in the World of Darkness is a grim, gothic mystery noir adventure following the ancient Nomad, Phyre, and their disembodied companion through Seattle's haunted underground as they try to solve a series of brutal murders and vampire court drama.
The sequel to the original Bloodlines looks quite different from its 2004 predecessor as it streamlines traditional RPG systems and embraces first-person action, but there's still room for some confusion between all the dialogue choices and an endless list of collectibles. We've spent a lot of time skulking about as a 400-year-old elder vampire, and have plenty of guidance to help you decide who's neck to bite next or where you can find that last Anarch tag.

Andrea has been covering games for nearly a decade, picking up bylines at IGN, USA Today, Fanbyte, and Destructoid before joining the PC Gamer team in 2025. She's got a soft spot for older RPGs and is willing to try just about anything with a lovey-dovey "I can fix them" romance element. Her weekly to-do always includes a bit of MMO time, endlessly achievement hunting and raiding in Final Fantasy 14. Outside of those staples, she's often got a few survival-crafting games on rotation and loves a good scare in co-op horror games.
