Every game at E3 2016 and its PC outlook

Fe

Coming to PC? Unknown
When’s it out?
Also unknown

EA brought indie developer Coldwood Interactive to the stage at E3 2015, and together they brought us the picturesque platformer Unravel. This year, EA is teaming up with another indie dev, Zoink, for Fe, a game described as “a personal narrative about our relationship with nature.” Like Unravel, Fe is a lovely-looking platformer starring an adorable little hero on a perilous journey.

Quake Champions

Coming to PC? Yup
When’s it out?
No idea, but we’ll hear more at Quakecon in August

Quake is back! The reaction to Bethesda’s big reveal has been somewhat muted, though, because pretty much all we got was a CG trailer and the news that there will be character-specific abilities. James dug through the trailer to see if we could come to understand anything else about Quake Champions, but that’s the gist.

LawBreakers

Coming to PC? Yes, exclusively
When’s it out?
Early Access later this year

Cliff Bleszinski came by the PC Gaming Show to play a new trailer, revealing the Santa Monica-based map Promenade and a new mode. Chris Livingston had some hands-on time with it just before E3, and Tyler also enjoyed LawBreakers before that—it’s understandable if the cheesy trailers are turning you off (they’re so cheesy), but so far we’ve had a lot of fun in low-G. Boss Key is holding some closed alpha tests this summer, with plans for an Early Access release sometime later in the year.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard

Coming to PC? Yes
When’s it out?
January 24, 2017

Shortly after it was revealed, Resident Evil 7 was also confirmed for PC and is set to arrive in early 2017. James had a few go-rounds with the PlayStation 4 demo and had a spookily enjoyable time exploring its different endings and several secrets. While it’ll be playable with PS4’s VR, we’re unsure if it will also support Oculus or Vive.

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Coming to PC? And every other platform
When’s it out?
June 28, 2016

The enjoyable and adorable Lego series tackles Star Wars: The Force Awakens later this month. A new trailer was shown at E3, and while a demo was made immediately available for PlayStation 4 owners, PC gamers will have to wait for the actual release in a couple of weeks. Don't just expect the plot of the new film, but a few scenes that take place prior to the film’s beginning as well.

Pyre

Coming to PC? Yes
When’s it out?
2017

Tom Marks described Pyre as The Oregon Trail meets Rocket League, and if that doesn’t capture your interest, it’s being developed by Supergiant Games, the makers of Transistor and the excellent Bastion. Its new E3 trailer looks great and shows a bit of new footage of the road trip slash arena sport.
