Best Amazon Prime Day PC gaming deals in Australia
Amazon's Prime Day event is upon us—save cash on PC components, peripherals and more.

Amazon Prime Day has officially kicked off in Australia. It runs from today, July 8, through until July 14. In other words, it's less Prime Day and more 'Better Part Of Prime Week', but that's not as catchy, is it?

You do need to be a Prime member to gain access to the Prime Day deals. However, you won't miss out if you're not: some discounts are available to everyone, though if you want to ensure you can take advantage of every deal, you should definitely sign up for an Amazon Prime trial (just make sure to cancel it before your first billing date).
We'll be collating the very best early deals we find on PC components, peripherals, gaming laptops, PCs, chairs, headsets and more from across the web right here. So whether you are a Prime member or not, we've got you covered.
And why listen to our recommendations? We test products year-round—with the exception of a few public holidays, our team of hardware experts has to chill at some point—and these sales events are an opportunity for us to help you save some cash on the products we already recommend. We actually do the testing, and you can find page after page of reviews right here.
We will only ever show you the best gear at the best prices. If we don't think something is a good deal, or if we've found a product to be unreliable or poor value in our own testing, it won't appear in our Prime Day deals page below.
How do I become a Prime member for Amazon Prime Day?
Some of the best Amazon deals might be exclusive to Prime members, but you can sign up to become a Prime member via Amazon's Prime membership page. And the first 30 days are free! You'll have to create an Amazon account and provide payment card details, however. If you only want the Prime benefits for Prime Day itself and not as a recurring subscription, you can cancel your membership before the 30-day period ends.
When will Amazon Prime Day 2025 start and end?
Amazon Prime Day will run from July 8-14. We expect plenty of deals over this period, especially since those dates include not only deals fulfilled by Amazon Australia, but also abroad.

Amazon Prime Day gaming laptop and PC deals
A nice big chunk off the RRP of this mid-range gaming laptop. This one boasts an RTX 4060, an i5-14450HX, 32GB RAM, 1TB of SSD storage and a big 16.1 inch FHD display. Is that too big for 1080p? Some would argue it is, but this is still a decent price for the specs, and it'll run most things you can throw at it, albeit not at ultra settings in 4K.
This isn't the only Victus model on sale at the moment: check out the full range on the HP website.
The Tower 5i is the best budget option in our list of the best gaming PCs, though the config in question is a little different to the one we tested. This one, for example, boasts a ruggedly capable RTX 5070, an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor, 32GB RAM and an OK but not great 1TB of SSD storage. That's a great config for the price.

Amazon Prime Day gaming monitor deals
This 32-inch affair is one of our fave gaming monitors, and if you don't trust me check out this 92 / 100 review. Samsung's QD-OLED tech pumps out a sharp 4K resolution with an uber-smooth 240Hz refresh rate, with AMD FreeSync and G-Sync support into the fact.
An absolutely crazy discount on this big 34 inch widescreen gaming monitor with a 3440x1440p resolution. It boasts a 180Hz refresh rate for silky smooth frames, AMD FreeSync Premium, and both VESA AdaptiveSync and DisplayHDR 400.
An all-time low on this extremely lush 34 inch OLED gaming monitor, which has great HDR, a brilliant widescreen QL-OLED display, and a frankly absurd 240Hz refresh rate. Not convinced? Our review goes over the pros and cons, the latter including its "relatively low pixel density".
This is a great price for a grand (though some might describe it as "unwieldy") gaming monitor. It's a 34 inch WQHD affair with a 160Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium, and HDR10 support. If you want to sample the ultrawide lifestyle, the price is right on this one.

Amazon Prime Day gaming mouse deals
This is one of Logitech's most reliable wireless gaming mice, and while this isn't an all-time low (it's dropped as far as AU$46.55 in the past) it's still a great price for a dependable wire-free rodent. It has a 12,000 DPI 'Hero' sensor, six programmable buttons, a 250-hour battery and onboard memory for your settings.
A decent chunk off the RRP of this premium Logitech rodent, which boasts five programmable buttons and an astonishing 95 hours battery life on a single charge. Boasts a 32K DPI sensor and up to 8 kHz polling. Also available in Black for AU$195.
Not an all-time low, as it was down to around AU$170 last year, but still a decent price for a niche piece of kit. It's aimed squarely at MMO players, but it'll come in handy to anyone who likes more complex games with lotsa commands. It has 16 programmable buttons and an impressive 150 hour battery life, with both wireless and Bluetooth connectivity (it comes packaged with a wireless dongle). You can even slide the 12 side bottoms along the right hand side of the mouse for perfect comfort.
This wireless gaming mouse is definitely on the pricier side of the spectrum, but it's not messing around: It has 11 programmable buttons, making it a good choice for MMO or MOBA players. It has a 26k DPI optical sensor and uses Corsair's own "Quickstrike" tech to eliminate any shred of latency in the mouse's optical switches.

Amazon Prime Day gaming keyboard deals
A nice discount on this well-regarded 75% size mechanical gaming keyboard. It has an elegant and reserved aesthetic, but it's a true powerhouse when it comes to gaming performance, with hot-swappable pre-lubed caps and dual-layer sound dampening.
A welcome discount on this premium slab. The RGB is typically stunning, and the build is very robust: you could use it to knock out an intruder. It features 8,000Hz hyper-polling, 4,000Hz key scanning, PBT Double-shot Pro keycaps and yeah: it looks great.

Amazon Prime Day gaming headset deals
It's perfectly understandable if you don't want to fork out AU$450 for a gaming headset. You're not alone! But maybe this drastic reduction makes it a bit more doable. This is a pro-level headset with 50mm graphene drivers, DTS:X Headphone 2.0—7.1 Surround, Bluetooth, USB and 3.5mm connectivity, and support for PC, PS5, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
This was down to AU$73 last month, and this slighter better discount is very much worth your consideration. When you can't get enough bass, the next step is, of course, haptic bass. In other words, you're really going to feel these on your dome, and if you don't trust me, perhaps our review from 2020 will convince you. Of course, bass lovers need only apply, but if this is you, we also love the build quality of these cans, and the sound is pretty damn good as well.
This discount is a fair way off the AU$150 offer we saw during last year's Black Friday, but is still a decent price. The Corsair HS80 Max Wireless Gaming Headset offers low-latency 2.4Ghz wireless audio and Bluetooth connectivity, along with high-fidelity 24bit/96kHz sound and support for Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio.
This is pretty much the best price we've seen on these wireless cans since release. They boast a frankly-unbelievable (but true) 300 hours of battery life, DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio, and the Cloud series' now iconic tough-as-guts aluminum frame. Make note this is a deskbound headset: it uses 2.4Ghz wireless connectivity, but has no Bluetooth for on-the-go listening.
A decent 44% discount on this budget wireless headset; it may not be fancy, but it boasts a reliable 2.4Ghz wireless connection, an advertised 17-hour battery life, and 40mm drivers inside its closed cup design. If you're after something cheap and cheerful from a reputable brand, these are worth investigation.

Amazon Prime Day gaming controller deals
Our favourite budget PC controller gets a discount that brings it into impulse-buy territory. There's a lot to love at this price point: 2.4Ghz wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, a wired option via the Type-C port, and ten hours of battery life. The build quality isn't the sturdiest going around, and there's no audio jack, but this is a great piece of kit for well under AU$50.
Amazon Prime Day gaming microphone deals
A substantial discount on this top notch gaming microphone, which we rate as the best option overall, whether you're in it for streaming or just co-op play sans headset. We love its small form factor, excellent software and brilliant auto levelling, though the cable is a tad short, and the noise reduction can be a bit overzealous.
This is our favourite microphone for podcasting. It's a USB Type-C affair with auto levelling, noise reduction and plosive reduction, and it sounds brilliant. The software is powerful and easy-to-learn, and the form factor is extremely robust. The only downside is that there's no stand included, though with this discount, the prospect of buying one separately isn't as annoying.
