It is pretty incredible to think that you can get a competent, almost 24-inch monitor with a solid refresh rate and strong response time for the cost of a full-price game. This is near the lowest I'd spend right now, but you are getting a strong panel in return.

Getting a 92% from our Jacob Fox last year, this ultra-light gaming mouse is a bit of a beast. It's light, sturdy and comes with a great sensor too.

I think I can convince you this is a headset worth looking at with one bite of the cherry—300-hour battery life. Yep, that's not a typo. To this day, the longest-lasting gaming headset we've ever tested, the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless isn't just a one-trick pony, as it also sounds great and is remarkably comfortable to boot. The mic is merely average, but otherwise, it's a superstar.

The TC100 Relaxed is our favourite affordable gaming chair right now, following up on the popular T3 Rush with a great look and genuine comfort. And on a personal note, the fact that it allows you to sit cross-legged is a big plus for the TC100 and a big cross against most bucket seat style chairs.

This is a power-limited RTX 5050 machine, so I wouldn't expect mega gaming performance. However, it's about the cheapest machine I would actually consider in the UK right now, and the 1080p display shouldn't bog the little mobile GPU down too badly. The SSD is small, and perhaps it's not the prettiest—but gaming laptops don't come much more affordable than this right now.

This is a great price for all you SFF (small form factor) lovers. You're getting an older and not very powerful CPU, and only 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, but for a cheap, portable gaming system these should serve just fine alongside the RTX 5060. Usually you have to pay the SFF tax for a mini PC, so it's great to see such a low price on this one. Don't expect miracles with this hardware, but for some light gaming and a small physical footprint, look no further.

RTX 5070 Ti gaming laptop deals are becoming rarer at this point, but this Vector is a stalwart of our pages. It's got specs that make a lot more sense than the rest, with a full-fat 140 W GPU and a 240 Hz screen, alongside a 20-core Intel chip. It's a shame about the tiny 512 GB SSD and the slightly old-school chassis, but I'd still pick up one of these over the pricier competition.

If you're happy opting for an AMD rather than an Nvidia GPU, this is about as high-end of a rig for such a low price as you can get right now. The best CPU on the market, paired with AMD's best GPU, plus a whole heap of memory and storage during a global memory shortage. Lovely.

Black Friday gaming PC deals
MSI Codex Z2C | RTX 5070
The headline here is obviously that you're getting an RTX 5070 in a very reasonably priced rig given the 2026 market. The caveat is that CPU is not a full-fledged desktop one, rather a repurposed power-limited and low-cache chip. It's socket AM5, though, so swapping to a decent Ryzen chip should work wonders. Key specs: Ryzen 7 8700F | RTX 5070 | 16 GB DDR5 | 1 TB SSD
Skytech Gaming Blaze 5 | RTX 5070
We're in the time of compromises, it seems, because this might offer some serious gaming grunt for the cost, but it also skims pretty significantly on memory. 16 GB of DDR4-3200 isn't great all-round, but purely for gaming it should be fine. And you're getting a very nice midrange CPU-GPU combo. Key specs: Core i7 14700F | RTX 5070 | 16 GB DDR4-3200 | 1 TB SSD
Yawyore Gaming PC | Ryzen 5 5600GT
The integrated graphics on this processor won't get you gaming at higher resolutions or higher settings in modern games, but it's a great way to get into some light 1080p gaming. This gaming PC mainly acts to get you up and running, and you can then upgrade with a (relatively low-power) discrete GPU down the line, though bear in mind if you want the latest and greatest specs, including processor and RAM, you'll have to upgrade the entire PC, motherboard, too. Also note that you won't be able to keep many games installed at the same time on that 500 GB drive. Key specs: Ryzen 5 5600GT | 16 GB DDR4-3200 | 512 GB SSD
ABS Cyclone Aqua | RTX 5060
You're making quite a lot of sacrifices here to keep the price tag well under $1,000—namely a pretty lacklustre CPU and only 16 GB of previous-gen RAM. But you are getting an RTX 5060 machine for a very reasonable price in today's market. That means decent, discrete graphics for 1080p and even some lighter 1440p gaming. Key specs: Core 5 120 | RTX 5060 | 16 GB DDR4 | 1 TB SSD
Stormcraft Sirius | RTX 5060
This is a decent little rig for $1,000, primarily thanks to that CPU-GPU combo. For 2026 prices, you're getting some decent 1080p gaming performance for a reasonable price tag. Just bear in mind that you're only getting 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, and upgrading to DDR5 in future (presumably when the memory shortage eventually ends) will require a platform upgrade, too. Key specs: Core i5 14400F | RTX 5060 | 16 GB DDR4-3200 | 1 TB SSD
ABS Cyclone Aqua | RTX 5060
If you're on a budget of around $1,000, this is where it's at right now. That's because you're not just getting the RTX 5060, but also a decent Core i5 CPU and 32 GB of RAM. It's not DDR5, but even 32 GB of DDR4 is rare these days thanks to the memory shortage, so this is a great all-round deal. Use promo code ABSIGD20 for the full discount. Key specs: Core i5 14400F | RTX 5060 | 32 GB DDR4-3200 | 1 TB SSD ** 14/09/2026 - OUT OF STOCK **

Black Friday gaming laptop deals
Acer Nitro V 15 | RTX 5050 (75 W)
Sub-$1,000 gaming laptops are becoming near impossible to find right now, but this is one of the cheapest we'd actually consider. There are others, but you may well be looking at a 45 W TGP in those cases. For budget gaming laptops, I would absolutely make sure to track down the wattage the GPU is specced to run at before making a purchase. The 75 W RTX 5050 isn't terrible, but it's not the highest you'll find—although it should be pretty capable with the 1080p screen attached to it. Key specs: RTX 5050 (75 W) | Core i5 13420H | 15-inch | 1080p | 165 Hz | 16 GB DDR4 | 512 GB Price check: Amazon $990
Lenovo LOQ 15 | RTX 5050 (65 W)
The LOQ 15 is Lenovo's budget range of gaming laptops, which means compromises have to be made. As you would now expect, that means 512 GB in terms of storage and an 8-core Ryzen 7 CPU from the old Zen 3+ era. There's also an RTX 5050 that just runs at 65 W. That's a little lower than the Nitro V 15, so will deliver a little lower overall gaming performance than the Acer. Key specs: RTX 5050 (65 W) | Ryzen 7 170 | 15-inch | 144 Hz | 16 GB DDR5 | 512 GB SSD
Lenovo LOQ | RTX 5060 (100 W)
This Lenovo LOQ machine is well over the magic $1,000 figure, but it does have a decent 100 W GPU, a speedy 1080p screen, and the now miserably familiar memory/storage combo of a 512 GB SSD and 16 GB RAM. The memory side wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the fact it's single channel, but in our review that didn't actually harm gaming performance. Key specs: RTX 5060 (100 W) | Ryzen 7 250 | 15-inch | 144 Hz | 1080p | 16 GB DDR5 | 512 GB SSD Price check: Best Buy $1,199.99 **Price rise**
Gigabyte Gaming A16 | RTX 5060 (85 W)
We reviewed this very gaming laptop, and found its chassis design to be delightful. It's a bit of a shame about the 85 W power limit of the RTX 5060, though, although it'll still deliver decent gaming performance through its 1200p display. It's also got 16 GB of (single-channel) DDR5 and a 1 TB SSD, which are both high-value components with a decent discount. For the price? Yep, this is a tidy machine for tidy sums of cash. Key specs: RTX 5060 (85 W) | Core i7 13620H | 16-inch | 165 Hz | 1200p | 16 GB DDR5 | 1 TB SSD Price check: Best Buy $1299.99
Acer Nitro V 16 | RTX 5060 (85 W)
Well, this is a slightly odd selection of specs. 32 GB of DDR5 paired with a 512 GB SSD, for less than almost every other 16 GB gaming laptop I can find? Hey, I'm not going to complain for the price. This is the cheapest RTX 5060 laptop I'd buy right now, even if the GPU does have an 85 W limit. The CPU is reasonably speedy, the graphics chip won't have too much issue with a 1200p display, and it's got more RAM than you'd expect for the cash. Suits me. Key specs: RTX 5060 (85 W) | Core 7 240H | 16-inch | 180 Hz | 1200p | 32 GB DDR5 | 512 GB SSD Price check:B&H Photo $1,249
Acer Nitro V 17 | RTX 5060 (85 W)
If you like your budget gaming laptops with big screens, this one's got a 17.3-inch 180 Hz IPS panel for reasonable cash. It's only a 1080p display, but that means the 85 W RTX 5060 on board shouldn't struggle too hard to push pixels. It's a shame about the 512 GB SSD, but unfortunately small storage drives are common at this price point. Key specs: RTX 5060 (85 W) | Ryzen 7 240 | 17.3-inch | 180 Hz | 1080p | 16 GB DDR5 | 512 GB SSD

Black Friday graphics card deals
ASRock Arc B570 | 10 GB
This Battlemage-powered card is only a fraction slower than the last-gen A770, the most powerful Alchemist model, but it's worth noting that some games still don't like Intel's GPU architecture. You are getting quite a lot of GPU for the money, but it's a tough one to recommend when an Arc B580 costs only a little more. Key specs: 2304 shaders | 2660 MHz boost | 10 GB GDDR6 Arc B570 price check:Walmart $259.99 | Amazon $259.99 | Best Buy $275.99
MSI RTX 5050 | 8 GB
Nvidia's lowliest member of the RTX 50-series family isn't going to win many awards. Well, that was before prices for all GPUs went up and while the RTX 5050 is only a little faster than the Arc B570, its performance is more consistent. As things currently stand, it's actually the best budget graphics card around. Key specs: 2560 shaders | 2587 MHz boost | 8 GB GDDR6 RTX 5050 price check: Best Buy $317.99 | Newegg $299.99 | Amazon $380.04
ASRock Arc B580 | 12 GB
Although it can be really fast in some games, the B580 isn't as consistent as AMD and Nvidia's offerings. However, the one thing it is consistent at is sporting an increased price tag and a reduction in stock levels. Only worth considering if you want more than 8 GB of VRAM or Intel's excellent video encoders. Key specs: 2560 shaders | 2670 MHz boost | 12 GB GDDR6 Arc B580 price check:Amazon $329.99 | Walmart $329.99 | Best Buy $349.99
PNY RTX 5060 | 8 GB
The RTX 5060 isn't massively faster than its predecessor, the RTX 4060, but having full support for DLSS 4.5 is certainly a plus. It's not a bad graphics card, by any means, but it should really be cheaper than this, especially with the RTX 5060 Ti so near in price. Key specs: 2048 shaders | 2535 MHz boost | 8 GB GDDR7 RTX 5060 price check:Best Buy $375.99 | Newegg $459.99 | Amazon $515.34
PNY RTX 5060 Ti | 8 GB
The 8 GB version of the new RTX 5060 Ti is a lot cheaper than the 16 GB one, and while the extra VRAM will be useful in the future, it's absolutely not worth paying $200+ more for it, despite the clear benefits. This is a great little GPU for the money. Key specs: 4608 shaders | 2602 MHz boost | 8 GB GDDR7 RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB price check:Amazon $499.99 | Newegg $499.99 | Best Buy $499.99
Gigabyte RX 9060 XT | 8 GB
Nvidia's RTX 5060 has superior upscaling and frame generation technologies, but AMD's little RX 9060 XT has it beat on raw GPU power, including ray tracing. It probably isn't worth paying $70 more for the 16 GB version, though, even though the extra VRAM can make a big difference in some games. Key specs: 2048 shaders | 3320 MHz boost | 8 GB GDDR6 RX 9060 XT 8 GB price check:Newegg $449.99 | Best Buy $459.99 | Walmart $469.99

Black Friday gaming monitor deals
KTC H24V27
This KTC pick is a budget pick, and it knows it. The 100 Hz refresh rate is just okay; a VA panel means less good viewing angles and color accuracy, but it's a solid enough gaming monitor, and the cheapest I'd actually recommend right now. Remember to use the code "LDSF246" for the full discount Key specs: 24-inch | 100 Hz | 1 ms | VA
Acer AOpen 24KG1Y X3bip
With a $50 discount, this is the highest refresh rate 1080p monitor you will find at its price point. It's also IPS, which offers better viewing angles and colours than VA and comes with a solid response time too. Key specs: 23.8-inch | 200 Hz | 0.5 ms | IPS
MSI Pro MP243L
Though not called a gaming monitor, this MSI Pro panel has what you'd want out of it, with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time. It's the cheapest 1080p monitor we'd actually recommend and has some decent stats to boot. Key specs: 24-inch | 144 Hz | 1 ms | IPS
MSI MAG 244F
With a hurtling-fast refresh rate and snappy response rate, this IPS panel from MSI is a solid competitive pick for just under $100. Key specs: 24-inch | 200 Hz | 0.5 ms | IPS
MSI MAG 255XFV
You might not like the VA panel and its low brightness, but you'll surely like the speed and price tag. 250 Hz, 0.5 ms pixel time, and adaptive sync will all help to ensure you get super-silky gaming. Key specs: 25-inch | 250 Hz | 0.5 ms | VA Price check: Best Buy OOS | Micro Centre OOS

Black Friday SSD deals
Team Group QX | 1 TB
It's a fair chunk of cash for a slow SSD but if you're looking for lots of storage and don't need a blazing fast NVMe drive, then this is the cheapest way of putting a 1 TB SSD in your gaming PC. Just don't expect it to sustain full speed under heavy workloads and you'll be fine. Key specs: 2.5-inch | 560 MB/s read | 500 MB/s write
Adata SE880 | 1 TB
It's not often you see a 2000 MB/s external SSD going for this sorta money. That's speedier than most in this price bracket. We've tested it, and while we don't love the peak transfer speed dropping so quickly, the size and (relative) price help alleviate some of our concerns. Key specs: USB 3.2 Gen2x2 | 2,000 MB/s read and write
Western Digital WD Blue SN5000 | 1 TB
Though this is definitely slower than its newer SN5100 model, it's 1 TB of space for what is these days a 512 GB kind of price. If you're looking for a no-frills SSD for a budget PC build, then this is the one to go for. Key specs:NVMe | PCIe 4.0 | 5,150 MB/s read | 4,850 MB/s write speed Price check: Walmart $194.95 ***22/05/2026 - not really a budget drive right now :/***
Crucial X9 | 1 TB
This drive has bounced around in price over the past few months, but that's the market these days. It's more than we'd like it to be, but, comparitively, it's cheaper than most other 1 TB, 1000 MB/s external storage drives. Key specs: USB 3.2 Gen2 | 1,050 MB/s read and write ***04/09/2026 - Still too expensive for this capacity and speed***
Crucial P510 | 1 TB
This is a strange one. Amazon Germany is still selling this drive far, far cheaper than its US counterpart, and if you're willing to roll the dice on that delivery, it's a PCIe 5.0 drive for the price of a PCIe 4.0 drive—check out our full review. Biwin Black Opal NV7400 | 1 TB
Okay, so our tests demonstrate it's slightly slower than the advertised speeds, but the actual sequential performance still isn't bad. Black Friday gaming keyboard deals
Asus ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE
At its normal price, the Asus ROG Falchion Ace 75 is an excellent but overly expensive gaming keyboard. Slice 31% off the price tag, though, and you've now got something well worth considering. This deal is for Prime members only. Key specs: ROG HFX V2 switches | PBT double-shot caps | RGB lighting | Media wheel | Wired USB Type-C
Keychron K2 HE QMK Wireless
A gaming keyboard of distinction, the Keychron K2 HE is so classy, it's even got bits of actual wood running down the sides. It's also glorious to type and game on, thanks to some lovely Gateron magnetic switches and chonky, PBT doubleshot keycaps. A sublime device, if you ask me. Key specs: 75% | 2.4 GHz wireless + Bluetooth | Hot-swappable Gateron magnetic switches | PBT doubleshot keycaps | RGB
GK Gamakay x NaughShark NS68
An 8 KHz polling rate, Hall effect switches, rapid trigger, and nice double-shot PBT keycaps. To think you can get all of this, and a pretty unique aesthetic for comfortably under $40 makes the geeky hardware kid in me very happy. It's noticeably a cheaper keyboard in feel, but those internals truly are phenomenal. Key Specs: Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz, and wired | 8 KHz | Hall effect
Asus ROG Strix Scope II RX
It's my daily driver and the optical sound-dampened pre-lubed keyboard I compare every keyboard against. With ROG LX linear optical switches, an impressive build quality, combined with slick styling, lovely RGB lighting and PBT doubleshot key caps, it's an absolute king at the best of times, and at $80, well, it's a hard argument to ignore. Key specs: Full-size | ROG RX pre-lubed linear optical | PBT doubleshot | per-key RGB | sound-dampened | wired USB-C
Asus ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless
This mildly shrunk, full-size mechanical keyboard is one of the smoothest and most luxurious-feeling gaming button mashers we've ever tested. There's a good reason why it's been our top recommendation for so long, and at this price, it's an absolute bargain. Price check: Newegg $129.99 Key specs: Pre-lubricated mechanical switches | 2.4G, BT, USB connectivity | Up to 1800 hours battery | Detachable palm rest
Keychron K2 HE
Keychron's K2 HE boasts top-tier hardware, with all the usual gamer gadgets that you'd expect at this price point, such as Hall effect switches and rapid trigger. But thanks to the use of aluminum and wood, it looks very classy indeed. Key specs: 75% size | Gateron Hall effect switches | RGB lighting | Wireless (BT/2.4G)

Black Friday gaming mouse deals
Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro
'The smoothest, slickest Razer mouse' is high praise indeed. That said, not every PC gamer will need the benefits of this squeaker's bleeding edge features. If you're on a budget, picking up one of this gaming mouse's V3 forebears is the obvious play. Key specs: 45K sensor | Wireless | 56 g (57 g White version) | Up to 150-hour battery life Price check:Razer $169.99
Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed
Simple, lightweight, fast and accurate. What more do you need from a gaming mouse? Because it eschews all the fancy gadgets that so many mice have these days, you save a bundle of cash and get a really long battery life. Key specs: 26K sensor | Wireless | 55 g weight Price check: Razer $99.99
Glorious Gaming Model O Eternal
You aren't packing an incredibly high DPI or polling rate with this mouse, but you are getting strong performance for the price, as well as a lightweight, comfortable build, and solid software. Cheap and cheerful is the aim here. Key specs: 12,000 DPI | 300 IPS | 1,000 Hz | 55 g Price check: Best Buy $34.99
Turtle Beach Burst II Air
The Turtle Beach Burst II Air may look a tad plain thanks to the lack of RGB, but it's lightweight, with a great battery life, and it's a joy to use. If you want a no-nonsense gaming mouse (and don't mind wiping off fingerprints every now and then), it's an excellent choice at $50 off. Key specs: Wired, wireless, and Bluetooth | 47 g | Owl-Eye 26K optical sensor | 26,000 DPI | Up to 120 hours of battery life | Up to 1,000 Hz polling rate
Corsair Scimitar Elite Wireless SE | 12 side buttons
This is the ideal mouse for anyone looking to bash more buttons than many might consider reasonable. That primarily means MMO and MOBA gamers, but also some productivity users. It's a tad heavy, but you get a movable side-button panel and even Stream Deck functionality. Key specs: Wireless | 16 programmable buttons (12 on the side) | 33K DPI | 1,000 Hz polling | 161 g
8BitDo Retro R8 | N Edition
James reviewed the 8BitDo Retro R8 last year and gave it an 87%. It was one of his most highly reviewed gaming mice at PC Gamer at the time, and for good reason. This is a mouse with a super unique look, good specs for the price, and it even comes with a cute charging stand. The retro feel is definitely something to get used to, with buttons that are sunken into the mouse itself, but it's a joy to use regardless. Key specs: up to 8,000 Hz polling | 26,000 DPI | 77 g | up to 100-hour battery life Price check: Best Buy $49.99

What should I avoid buying on Black Friday 2026?
Anything you don't need. It's distressingly easy to be duped into dropping cash on something just because there's a hefty discount attached to it… even though you have absolutely no use for it.
If you're considering making a purchase around Black Friday, have a plan of attack. That probably sounds needlessly aggressive, but you need to know what you actually want to buy first or you'll end up with no end of crap. Cheap crap, maybe, but crap nonetheless.
Do some research on the products you'd like to pick up in the sales (we offer detailed hardware buying guides), and maybe some alternatives in case those don't pop up. Set yourself a strict budget too.
Products like graphics cards and processors have obvious tiers (though the different companies work damned hard to make product names as confusing as possible), and SSDs have rated speeds, but for peripherals, it's tougher to tell from the specs whether they're worth the money. Checking for reviews, from such luminaries as ourselves, should guide you on your way, and checking price trackers such as CamelCamelCamel will let you know if a deal's more than just skin deep.
Are there any Black Friday tips and tricks?
If you haven't already used it up during a credit card splurge around Amazon Prime Day, then you ought to take the opportunity to sign up for a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime. That will get you early access to the Lightning Deals, and help you grab some of Jeff's best deals of the day. It will also net you free shipping on a host of products and speedy delivery too, and at the very worst it'll be handy when it comes to bagging some last-minute Christmas gifts for that aunt you always forget about.
