Default Raiding plans for Catacylsm

Here are our plans for Catacylsm.

Initially, we'll be running 3 10-person raid teams (awesome, epic, win).
Our raiding structure over the last 6 months or so has manged to provide many more raid teams, but that's been mainly down to alt's or officers and other experienced players being available to not just make up the numbers but also lead the raids.

We'd be more than happy to see someone else step up and form their own raid team - see this thread for details.

We also expect the late night raid team to start up again soon - keep an eye on the late night raid section for details.

Because of the new raid lock out system, running 25-person raids at the same time as 10's will be diffcult - especially at the start of the expansion when no one will have any max level alts. Our plan, at least at first, is to try running 25's once a month - basically all the 10 mans would join together for a week in every month and try the content in a larger raid size.
We hope this will provide those of us who really enjoy the 25-man size to get a taste without fragmenting our raiders every week due to the lock out system.

We'll be open to running a full 25-man raid in the future, if that's what people want. As always our plans are not set in stone, and will certainly change over time.

As always, we'll try to provide an environment where anyone who wants to get involved in raids can - just be aware that we expect the start of this expansion to be radically different to how raiding has been over the last 6 months - don't expect a raid spot unless you can pull your weight!

So, I'm thinking I should be 85 by the end of not this weekend but next at the very worst. So what's my port of call to get into a progression raiding team? I'll be honest I haven't tralled the forums so it might say here somewhere but i'm just about to leave for work and im pretty much just thinking out loud. I've done progression raiding before. I remember a nice 4-5 hour clear of MC and then a 4-5 hour wipe spree the first time we got to ragnaros. Oh joy of joys. Playing a holy or retribution paladin, although I should think the holy is more sought after. And did I mention i'm super awesome 8) Let me know anyway or just PM me ingame I should probably be on this evening at some point. Thanks!
