Thanks for the repiles guys, good to see that voices are heard here.

Will be back soon as i have already bought Cata and plan on having an undead hunter, and i would still like to be with PCG when that happens.

Cheers for the support, its good to see that the guild takes this policy seriously. Maybe i should just pop into one of the more formal chat channels when you guys are doing ICC, just to get a feel for it (just to listen in).

You will be more than welcome to come and listen in to any of the raids going on, just /w someone in the group to let them know first!

If you are interested Team Awesome are in ICC every Thursday and alternative Mondays and Sundays and we will be more than happy to let you listen in. We are going for the meta achievments at the moment so take it as seriously as we do progression. Team Epic would also be a good raid to listen to, although they are tackling a range of the harder achievements across the world at the moment so check with Darieth first.
I would also recommend listening in to one of the 'fun' raids as well, there are normally classic raids running each week. Although these work to get old achievements, rep etc they are a little more laid back than the ICC runs and will give a taste of the range of things we do.

Having collected 14 Ulduar meta drakes, 15 Icecrown meta frostwyrms, [Tribute to Insanity] and [Alone in the Darkness], the laser-like focus of Team Epic is now on Arthas 10 heroic, so expect to hear much angriness and frustration. Should be funny.

What's the max number of peeps that Vent can handle, as I imagine most of the guild will be listening in on that night
    Good luck with your attempts.

vent can handle as far as I know 50 people, I'm not sure if that's a program limitation or a ventrilo subscription limit but that seems to be about the norm for large guilds.

it depends on the server you have/pay for.

for example on one site you have a monthly pay scale of $5 for 10 users, $9 for 25, $14 for 50, $25 for 100 and $50 for 200. so it all depends on what PCG is paying and who they took the server through. from a quick whois they are using multiplay so for a 50 person server they are paying about £10 a month for the vent server. but really vent can handle as many players as you want it's just all about what you need and how much you want to shell out for hosting.
