Gaming PC reviews

For the Pros AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 | Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 | 32GB DDR5 | $2,000 | £1,999

Too little, too late AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS | RTX 4050 | 16GB LPDDR5X | 500 GB SSD | £1,199 | $1,300 (RTX 4060 version)

Illusory Great for rendering, but with a bit of a strange GPU/CPU pairing.

Shoebox PC Desktop-level gaming performance in a sexy shoebox chassis.

Sorry, what was that? Intel Core i9-14900HX | Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 (16GB) | 32GB DDR5 | $3,100 | £3,600

The right stuff The 16-inch gaming laptop I'd pick from the lot.

How much?! A chunky funky gaming laptop with high refresh and a lovely 16:10 panel.

The miniest Tiny but mighty. The AX8 Pro is not just a mini PC, it's the miniest PC.

Step back Lots of improvements, but fundamentally a weaker proposition than the Ryzen mainboard.

Atomic The most cost-effective way to get a mini-PC with a discrete GPU.
