    Smile Building first Rig

I've been thinking about building my own desktop. I heard that when you build it yourself you don't have to worry about the hassle of getting your parts from the people who pre built it. Now I'm not overly acquainted with computer parts but I know the basics. The desktop I want is one that can play some of the more advanced games and has pretty good graphics. I have been researching computer cases and motherboards but I don't really know what I'm looking for. So if anyone can give some information about some computer parts that are compatible with each other and will also build a pretty good gaming system?

I just had a question it says that there will be an compatibilty issue with the motherboard because it has a USB 3.0 header, but the Cool Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case doesn't have front panel USB 3.0 ports. I just wanted to know if this will cause problems when I try to build it.

This just means the front ports will be usb 2 and not 3.
