Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE heads to TwitchCon with new action-packed gameplay demo
Step into the world of the global webtoon phenomenon in this premium Solo Leveling action RPG.

The Solo Leveling experience is expanding with Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE, an all-new premium action RPG coming next month—and a brand new demo will be playable at TwitchCon.
First revealed at the 2025 Xbox Games Showcase, Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE faithfully recreates every element of the Solo Leveling webtoon in a high-quality, action RPG. Players can step into the shoes of protagonist Sung Jinwoo and experience several fast-paced combat styles across a single-player story and cooperative multiplayer battles.
Enter the World of Solo Leveling
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is the ultimate Solo Leveling experience for longtime fans and newcomers alike. Fans of the webtoon will recognize iconic hunters and locales from the webtoon rendered with high-quality visuals, and new players will love the deep combat system with customizable abilities, skill combinations, and Monarch transformation.
Story mode retells the story of how Sung Jinwoo works his way up from E-rank Hunter to one of the most powerful Hunters in the world. Players will experience his rise to power, and even his transformation into the Monarch of Shadows, which is a huge deal for fans of the series. There's a ton of exciting lore to see!
This full-fledged premium game is launching on PC via Steam and Xbox PC next month, with console versions coming next year, so there will be a ton of content available across solo and co-op modes. Designed for PC and consoles, Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is the most immersive and expansive way to experience the world of Solo Leveling to date.
Intense, Flashy Combat
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE delivers intense action combat with parries, synchronized Sync Chain attacks, and other flashy techniques. Bosses evolve and grow stronger as you master these techniques, changing appearance and becoming more difficult to beat as you progress through the game.
It's not just Sun Jinwoo on the roster, either. In Hunter Mode, players can take control of over 20 different hunters from the Solo Leveling webtoon—including Han Song-Yi and Min Byung-Gu—each with their own movesets and skills. You can master each hunter's skillset in real-time four-player raids against challenging boss encounters.
Getting stronger is a core part of the game, and that's not just in the story of Sung Jinwoo climbing from his humble E-Rank beginnings. Mastering the moveset of each Hunter and crafting new gear is critical to success. You'll be able to use powerful weapons from the popular webtoon, like Kasaka's Venom Fang and the Demon King's Daggers, plus all-new original gear created specifically for the game.
You can get a glimpse of Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE's fast-paced combat in the gameplay video below.
New TwitchCon Demo
While Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE isn't launching until November 17, fans can check out a new demo of the game at TwitchCon from October 17–19.
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is a sponsor of the event, and the game will have its own booth where fans can get a sneak peek of the game and participate in activities to win exclusive merchandise ahead of the game's release.
That's not all: Select streamers will also be dropping by the in-booth streaming room to play and stream the game during TwitchCon. They'll be sharing their reactions to the game not just for fans at TwitchCon, but also to the fans who can't make it to the event. That way, everyone has a chance to get a glimpse of the game before it releases on Steam and Xbox PC next month.
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE will be released on November 17, 2025 on Steam and Xbox PC. Console versions are coming sometime next year. The game's system requirements aren't too heavy, though, so you should be able to have a great experience on a wide range of system configurations.

A diehard fan of photo modes, his play time counters are inflated with dozens of hours messing around with transmog systems to create the perfect outfits. Above all else, he's also still holding out hope that Ape Escape will return someday. Hopefully.
