Forza Horizon 4's leaked and confirmed cars so far

A new Forza Horizon game means a new car list to pore over, searching for favorites to drive all across the British countryside. Normally Forza enthusiasts would be speculating over the bulk of this list right up until release: what new cars will be added, and how many will be returning? But this time around, an accidental early upload of Forza Horizon 4's game files has given us a leaked list of the cars we can expect in Horizon 4.

The early upload of Forza Horizon 4 wasn't playable, but its files were accessible, so some sharp Forza fans pored through their contents to put together a list of 482 cars potentially available in the game. You can find the whole thing, organized by manufacturer, in this Reddit thread.

This almost certainly isn't a complete Forza Horizon 4 car list: there are still months before release, and as the Reddit post mentions, Microsoft has said more than 100 manufacturers are represented in the game. The list only contains cars from 87 manufacturers. It's also possible names mined from game data aren't actually drivable cars in Horizon 4, or are future DLC; it's unlikely to be a perfect correlation. But that's still nearly 500 cars to pore over, and should represent the majority of the cars in Forza Horizon 4.

Want a more concrete car list? Forza fans on the official forums have been maintaining a car list comprised only of cars shown in trailers, gameplay footage, and other promotional material. These cars are absolutely in the game. You can check out the list here. They've also highlighted cars showing up in Forza Horizon 4 for the first time:

  • 1962 Austin FX4 Taxi cab
  • 1931 Bentley 4 1/2? - The list notes: "8-Litre previously Autovista-only in Forza Motorsport 4"
  • 201? Ford Fiesta RS (WRC?) - The list shows there's still some ambiguity on the exact model
  • 2017 Ford #14 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing GRC Fiesta
  • 2018 McLaren Senna - This is the "hero" car on the cover of the game
  • 1952 Morris Minor Series II
  • 2017 Volkswagen #34 Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross GRC Beetle
  • 2016 Volvo Iron Knight

Honestly, supercars are cool and are, but we're most excited for that classic London taxi cab. Well, and the hovercraft.
