I might have had more fun making gigantic gnomes in The Sims 4 than actually playing the game, at least so far, and right now you can do the same. In what acts like a cheat but seems like a bug (a forgotten debug command?), you can press Shift and ] to grow almost any item you are holding in build mode to a seemingly limitless size. So we decided to push it as far as it could go and capture the results in a video—gnomes, toilets, computers, we made it all huge.
With QuakeCon in full swing, Bethesda decided to celebrate the festivities with a livestream of The Elder Scrolls Online, giving those of us who didn’t make it into the closed beta a small taste of what’s yet to come. Ubisoft has released yet another 13-minute gameplay video for its highly-realistic swashbuckling simulator known as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. It’s hard to imagine Ubisoft having something new to show considering it could strip the videos it has made so far to make an Assassin’s Creed movie, but a few grains of new knowledge can be found if you look hard enough.
We’ve already seen an extensive amount of swashbuckling and pillaging from the latest Assassin’s Creed, but this is the first time the game’s director has sat down to talk shop about the game’s side missions.
