It’s EA’s age old basketball sim, which has in recent years been utterly trounced by 2K’s basketball sim. Not that it matters much to us anyway, since it’s not even been confirmed for PC yet—though the last installment in the series, NBA Live 16, ended up releasing for PC.
Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar

The next big Battlefield 1 expansion was already known, but we did get a nice little teaser at the show, with brief looks at the six new maps, the Russian army, and the Women's Battalion of Death. EA also reminded us that two night maps are coming out this summer.
Ashen
Coming to PC? Yes
When’s it out? 2018
We first saw this action RPG back in 2015, and it returned this year with a new trailer and a 2018 release window. Ashen is a 3rd person open-world non-linear game, with passive multiplayer and no voice-chat—so if you come across other players, you need to communicate with them using gestures, similar to Journey. The trailer also shows some big-ass boss monsters to contend with, so making friends with other players is probably worth the effort. And there's some good news: it's on Steam as well as the Windows Store.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
Coming to PC? Yes
When's it out? No mention as yet.
A new, utterly beautiful platformer from the creators of Ori and the Blind Forest. We don't know too much about this one yet, other than you'll be leaving the forest, and the sad animals make us want to cry, dammit.
Super Lucky's Tale
Coming to PC? Yes, ditching VR this time.
When's it out? November 7, 2017
A follow-up to VR platformer Lucky's Tale, noteworthy for not being in VR this time around. The switch to normal PC and console development seems to have injected a lot of life and depth into Lucky's world, which will hopefully make for a more substantial platformer than his first outing.
Code Vein

It’s anime Dark Souls by all appearances, and who can blame publisher Bandai Namco for wanting a new series in this vein, considering Dark Souls is by all reports over? The short trailer doesn’t really confirm much, only that you’ll be killing monsters with swords and other weaponry, but it does look fun. The big news was confirming that it'll release on PC.
The Artful Escape

When's it out? Unknown—the trailer suggests it’s "coming when it's damn ready"
Originally called The Artful Escape of Francis Vendetti, this now-much-more-elegantly-titled platformer looks stunning in action. It was beautiful when we saw it last year at PAX Australia: “It plays out like a strange dream with its effulgent starry skies and twilit gardens, populated by eerie creatures with whom you can commune via guitar.”
Cuphead

When's it out? September 29, 2017
About time! We can't wait to see what the final version of Cuphead plays like, after years in the oven. Originally conceived as a boss rush game, Cuphead's developers eventually added 2D platforming segments and horizontally scrolling shooter interludes. And it still looks like no other videogame ever made (though a whole lot like some cartoons from the 1930s).
The Darwin Project

When's it out? Fall 2017
Another new entry into the popular battle royale genre, The Darwin Project will launch first for Xbox but arrive on PC as well. It's as much about surviving a freezing environment as it is about battling other players, and the trailer shows not just weapons like arrows and axes but powers like energy shields and invisibility. The demented game show looks like it will support 8 players rather than the typical dozens like other battle royale games.
Deep Rock Galactic
Coming to PC? Yup, Xbox Play Anywhere
When's it out? 2018
A first-person co-op sci-fi shooter for up to 4 players featuring space dwarves. Mine your way through planetary cave systems and destructible environments in search of riches, and battle swarms of alien enemies. It has a pleasing, chunky look to it, and a collection of gruff wise-cracking dwarves (in space!) is certainly a good hook.
