Ask someone to associate a real, live human with Grand Theft Auto today, and they will most likely say Dan or Sam Houser, the current heads of Rockstar Games. But neither of the brothers actually created the series. YoYo Games' Head of Development Michael Dailly actually created the original game in the mid-1990s, alongside David Jones. Now Dailly is revisiting his 1997 opus with modern technology and a 3D upgrade.

As you’re barreling towards your fortune at 9.8 meters per second, thinking about how lucky you are, you’ll have just enough time to realize what a silly decision you’ve made before breaking your face on a glimmering treasure pool. I had a similar experience as I nostalgia-dove into DuckTales: Remastered 17 years after my first experience with the original 1989 NES version.
Earlier we brought you news about the Syndicate remake, along with some small, low quality screens that had been grabbed during the early rumours. Now EA has released high quality versions, plus two extra shots which show off some Blade Runner-esque cityscapes.
