I got some scholarship money a year or so ago that had to be spent on something DT/Tech related, and I just about got away with buying it. I started using it with Photoshop, but digital painting is really hard to get the hang of, and I decided if I was going to get used to one program, I'd rather it be Corel Painter, simply because it's a lot closer to trad art, which is what I was doing at school at the time (along side far more geeky subjects). I've yet to produce anything of an amazing standards, but I like doodling around on it.

Nice. Very post impressionist =) Personally, I do a lot of composite digital work and thought that a stylus would make lassooing things much easier or when I'm converting something into vector art using the pen tool. A mouse can be a pain in the arse for stuff like that.

This is my son's computer. I'll post mine later. Specs are nothing special...I build it as a lan party gaming machine. But he mostly uses is for netflix in his room. I can never find any lan party's.

@KrazyIIvan: That thing looks like it would bite your fingers off every time you went to swap discs. Was the front 'door' (for lack of a better word) part of the case as originally manufactured or did you add it yourself? I've never seen a case like that.

You've never seen a case with a front door? They're not that rare - my Antec (pictured above) has one. Power switches, drive bays and fan grilles are all behind it. You can even lock the door with a key.

    Thanks man.
I sanded and used spray paint. But not in the traditional way, more of a spray paint art way. I would paint and then cover it with more paint. The blue one took about 2 weeks and the red one, about 1 week. The longest part was the inside. You have to wait 48 hours for it to cure and then repaint. After the painting is done you need to clear coat the whole thing about 3 times. It still gets some chips but not a big problem.

It's a Cooler Master mystique case. It has the front doors on it. I really love how it looks but it is a bit cramped inside. I'm going to have to change it if I get a bigger video card.

This would be the stock photo of the one I own.

I've seen plenty of cases with doors on them. But all of them have had the hinges on the side(s), never the top and bottom of the case. And only a few of the cases I've seen used double doors instead of a single door.

My current RaidMax RX-9 has a black semi-clear plastic door on the front. Here's a pic, only difference is mine is completely black (except for the chrome looking bits).

Also note: I'm replacing it with a roomier case in the next couple weeks. Might post proper pics after I do.
