Well, I see NVIDIA GTX 580 Specs site says> Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) = 244W
I have low profile GT 520 for PhysX Specs site says> Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) = 29W

You should probably take that GT 520 out because it's most likely slowing you down.

most review sites have the 580's in SLi at around 500-540 watt, then a very basic i5 2500k system can run on about 150watt power supply. leaving about 150 to play with assuming you could actually fully max out the system. so seems safe to me.

High-end video cards can draw 300W at max utilization. I go by what the meter and scope at the lab show me.

Safe, but not what I would call "comfortably safe." I personally prefer a larger margin of safety. You know, in case the hardware industry ever comes out with something new that you might want to add to your system

Default 5.3 GHz i7-2700K

Got a real sweet i7-2700K chip this time around, it holds 5.3 GHz no problem with a custom liquid cooling setup. It just barely outperforms the 5.2 GHz i7-3960X chip in the NodeCount benchmark, so it is the new #1 fastest desktop in that competitive category.

YouTube video showing the cooling solution with covers off:
