Default Add ons after patching?

Now, I am a bit of a purist, and barely use any, but the ones I do use, I find hard to play the game without!

Questhelper is my main addon, purely so I can just find the damn things I need, without any faffing around wasting time. ( I realise WoW now has its own version but still)

However, the one I really depend on is Benecaster for my healers (I have all the healing classes), if anyone sees a decent update for this, please could you post a link? My eternal thanks in advance!

Now, if I can just get a handle on the ruination of the talent trees done by Blizz, I may enjoy playing again!

If you feel you really need a QH type addon then Lightheaded has been updated, http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info7017-LightHeaded.html , can't help with Benecaster (not too sure what it does ) although there is a post on Curse.com saying it is being updated for 4.1.

Awesome news on Benecaster, a very simple and easy healing add on.

As for QH, there is a lot of talk on many forums that it is officially dead! How or why, or indeed if actually true, I have no idea. I don,t "really need" a QH type add on, but by heck it cuts out a huge amount of time wasting is all :P
If I recall, have tried a few such as Lightheaded, Carbonite and what not, but QH was simple and more importantly, very un-obtrusive and not buggy. But ty for the reply, will maybe give Lightheaded another bash.

The project manager for Questhelper has said he will not be updating it, but there are others who may be taking it on so it may be updated in the future.

Otherwise look at Carbonite or WoW-Pro Guides.

For any lovers of Benecaster, and there seems to be a hardcore few who swear by it, looking at the many add on sites, the closest alternative I have found is called Healium. Again, a very simple healing add on, but just makes it all that much quicker, with less death etc

That's actually the addon I use on my druid. As I have only just started healing on that char I wanted something relatively simple. This fit the bill.
