No, it doesn't have a graphics card. It has integrated graphics and that's not enough for what you want. You need a GTX 770 or a R9 280X. You could get by with less though you might have to turn down some settings.

    AMD HD Graphics (Onboard)
    - VGA, DVI-D and HDMI Output

^^ yup. Intergrated graphics from the motherboard: ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU

So it's pretty weak & would only play it on low settings at best.

GTX 760 or R9 270X would play it smoothly at high settings @1080p, if you can budget it the GTX 770 or R9 280X would be excellent. Get the best card you can afford.

As said its a pretty weak system for gaming.

On a side note I love how the actual components are not listed only a random "you might get" like

"AMD 760G Chipset Motherboard" - "Major Big Brand: ASUS / ASrock / Gigabyte / MSI"

    That could mean anything!

If you go pre built have a read of this: http://www.ukgamingcomputers.co.uk/custom-and-gaming-pcs-you-get-what-you-pay-for-a-40.html it will give you an idea of how much junk is out there!
