Yeah the fans pointing the wrong way. Id have it aimed front to back. Your air flow if going from the front of the case to the back so you want to set your CPU fan so that its working with this. Drawing in the cool air from the front of the case and pushing it thru the heat sink towards the back.

Otherwise, looks like a great build. .
Weird, it said that the air would flow upwards if I put it in the position its in now

woops :/ stupid arrows on the fan had me confused I guess. I assumed the direction of the arrows was the wway the air would flow.

yea, that's prolly the worst place to point it...
I noticed you don't have any front fans so pointing it upward won't really disturb anything. I'd just unclip it and put the fan on the other side as those 212's can be a pain to install.

38C doing what? If thats idle, thats too hot. Make sure youre looking at the core temp and not the socket temp. Use HWMonitor or Core Temp.

Id bite the bullet and dig back into it so you can spin the HSF around so that you can mount the fan so that is on the front side pushing air towards the back.

Yeah its about 38C according to Core Temp.
I dont see how Id spin the fan around now that its permanently fixed to the CPU though :/

EDIT: Turned my fan around the other way, from what I've read 38C for idle is pretty normal to most people. Why is it so bad?

Double edit: Im down to 34C with the fan facing the other way lulz make that 30C

TRIPLE EDIT: SHATMAN its 31C now xD
