Default Is there anything I can do about blotchy spots in games?

This is mainly the case with Mass Effect 3 demo. I play on Xbox but I am thinking about buying the trilogy on PC and selling my Xbox completely so I decided to dl the demo and see. for myself. Certain parts of the game look amazing Iwould say 90% of it but some parts characters in during cut scenes look really dark and blotchy. Actual game play looks great but it still bothers me. I am on a laptop samsung 7 series it has a core i7 processor 2.2 ghz running windows 8 54 bit with an AMD Radeon Graphics card with 512 gb of ram and my system ram is at 8 gigs. I think that means I meet the game requirements and it runs smooth and looks great most of the time just those little spots bug me. I'd like to fix it if possible suggestions? Also when I went into the graphics menu in game it gave me an option that says I should be able to see an N7 in the brightness tab I can see the N just fine but the spot where 7 should be is completely white. What can I do?
