    Righto. Calender update.
After leaving it for a bit, I've found that Google Calendar does indeed import the Guild Calendar.
So, rather than duplicate the steps, Blizz have provided instructions on the armoury web site for calendars.
    So that's that sorted.

anyway as I'm not much of a raider but might be come cata guess it will be old Eyeeye that stays in PCG and that old lady Eyeeyedeath who goes to alt guild
Plus side like Tim looking forward toplaying worgan and if we are having a goblin guild to hit alliance cities that will be fun.......as lets face it goblins will become the new gnomes with a splat on sight tag on them

All sounds well-reasoned and sensible. Love to be part of PvP wing. Will do that rather than raid.

So the guild member hard cap is now set to be 1000 rather than 600. We'll reevaluate our plans in the light of this and let you know about any modifications asap!

Cheers Ross! Though I reckon that while this gives us some room for maneuver, we might want to keep the current structure, allowing us some room to grow.

My 2p for what its worth.

    \pulls hair out and screams

And our plan was such a good one as well

Perhaps we ought to wait and see what actually gets implemented when patch 4.01 hits the live server. As the blue post from Bashiok says we will have the time between 4.01 and 7th Dec to organise ourselves and get ready for the guild leveling system

I still like the idea of PCG Greenskins, and the Swarm was going so well

And we are still having the Alliance guild, right?

Yes, and yes - the Alliance guild is already set up but not active (basically I've just filled a charter and reserved the name) - it's called The Rebel Alliance.

Great, have a character name already reserved. Probably won't meet the RP naming restrictions though

I think it might be best if we stick with the plans Tim laid out despite the new higher cap. Blizzard could adjust the cap again any time they like, so it might be best if we get a safe structure in place now before the expansion hits.
