Overclocking increases heat output, so make sure you have good airflow.
Most modern processors are fast enough not to worry about overclocking them, more so with Intel. You will get additional FPS with the GPU overclock, but you have to weigh up the cost of performance gain to added heat. It's worth giving it a try in regard to the GPU, see if it improves to a noticeable & worthwhile amount.
MSI Afterburner, SpeedFan are some tools you can use to monitor heat.
