TBH, i don' t think i would have won this game if this guy had a brain but he didn't so i took the throne and owned him with 6 Lings.

My early rush opener strategy proved succesful here, since it was quite a big map i thought i would try it, its just to put pressure, and while i'm rushing i get my roach warren out, but sadly i didn't have time since this guy was so friggin' dumb that he actually got defeated by this!?

DragonRD said he was gonna post some replays but he didn't save them. Here they are in their entirety.

That's the first one, he played that better than me and won.

That's the second, he played that better than me and lost. Seriously look at his APM, it doubles mine. I got lucky really securing the centre, look, I'm leaving immortals lying around everywhere... It was pretty scrappy .But to tell the truth I'm not that concerned, I just really enjoyed winning one for a change.

Here's a game I played against young cMal

cMal (gold league)
congo (wood league)

Cheers dude, made an old gamer happy.

What a cracking game Starcraft 2 is !!
I've completed the campaign nearly twice had loads of skirmishes against the AI and people here. Now I'm starting to play a little better. Infact after all the Starcraft I've played it feels as if I've only just completed the tutorial. The whole game lies ahead of me still.

I can't see myself being interested in anything else much over the next few months

This was a fun game. ^.^ quango asked me to take it easy so i didn't do much, i sent my lings over to die pretty much, i left them to it.

But yeah, quango has truly showed some improvement since i saw him playing my brother. You have been trained well ^.^

Okay, I definitely need critiquing on this one. We nearly lost but by some miracle, we managed to turn the tables and won instead. Dumb luck or skill, I don't know.

That's not how I see it. You never looked in danger of losing... but losing your base seemed unecessary. A couple of missile turrets would've helped with those cloaked banshees. Your ally jStax was a complete dickhead. He never made an effort to expand, he didn't even get the second gas and while you were fighting out front he left his army in the middle of his base doing nothing but wait for his mothership.

Well, I didn't have an Engineering Bay up at the time, and I was pretty sure that any attempt to do so would have been risky and most likely to fail, so I eschewed that and decided to use the force I had left to safeguard a new Command Center and let them continue being focused on destroying my buildings. I have to say that destroying their primary was a boon, however, it left me able to build on the gold expansion without fear of being retaliated upon. They were a bit rusty, though, they decided to try to go for my buildings instead of my SCVs.

And yes, my ally was a complete dickhead. I would have made an effort to GG back at the opponent but it's hard to type while playing at the same time.

EDIT: Oh, and I know Practice League speed is on Normal, but what is League speed? Fast or Faster? I'm only used to playing on Fast at the moment.

And also, I'd like critiquing on my build order. Currently at the moment, I favor heavily in terms of infantry/tanks with no upgrades. I think I'm doing well so far, though.

Ow.

I just suffered 4 defeats in a row. Given, the first 2 were on behest of my friend who "insisted" that I play league 3v3 even when I told him I only had 3 practice matches down. The last 2 were regular 2v2 practice matches, the first game I lost because our opponents teched up and carrier/void ray spammed. The second one, I lost because my marine/siege tank push failed and our opponents countered with viking/siege tank push with stalker spam (which make a hell of a combo, I might add). I will work on getting up the replays soon.

Maybe this league thing isn't for me.

We aren't all great at this game as soon as we start but we do get better. My bro, godl1kestev3, said i used to be quite a tricky and sneaky protoss player back one and a half months ago but i stopped playing for a while and well, i suck as protoss now. =(

Play zerg more, speaking of which this was an excellent replay where i defended my friend off a massive attack of marines and stalkers. God, banelings are such a pretty sight.

38 minute long game, but it sure was fun.

Well "someones" lucky that this replay requires an older version of starcraft to view!
If you can, upload it to youtube.
Pretty please!
