Its decent but can be improved. What's your budget and are you willing to build it yourself?

Well, my budget is around $1100 and I don't want to build it from the ground up, I am only going to change some parts once I get it.
Could you tell me some parts that I should change to make it faster?

    Thanks!

I'd change the PSU to the better quality Corsair TX v2. You get the 750w version for the same price as the 650w.

Well having an i5 3570k on a B75 chipset is pointless tbh as the whole point of the "K" is the freedom to overclock it or at least have the option too, which requires a higher end chipset board. The GTX 680 is a waste of money as the GTX 670 can give you great performance for much less. The AMD 7950 is an option too for your Rez.Also Change that generic 500w PSU for a well known branded unit. So, i5 3570k (i5 3570)+ Z77chipset (B75) + GTX 670(AMD 7950) is all you need to max those games out. Whichever you prefer.

Using the Ibuypower configurator, overclocking orientated system example:

NZXT Source 210 Gaming Case - Blue
    Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor (4x 3.40GHz/6MB L3 Cache) - Intel Core i5-3570K
Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1155] - Standard 120mm Fan
    8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - G.Skill Ripjaws X
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 - 2GB - Single Card
    ASUS P8Z77-V LX
    650 Watt -- NZXT HALE82N 650W
    1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive
    24X Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive - Black
Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium + Office Starter 2010 (Includes basic versions of Word and Excel) 64-Bit
Warranty -3 Year Standard Warranty Service

-You can drop down losing no noticeable performance at stock speeds & save $70 or so. With a non-overclocking option:

NZXT Source 210 Gaming Case Blue
    Intel® Core™ i5-3570 Processor (4x 3.40GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1155] - Standard 120mm Fan
    8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - G.Skill Ripjaws X
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 - 2GB Single Card
    Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
    650 Watt -- NZXT HALE82N 650W
    1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive
    24X Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive - Black
Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium + Office Starter 2010 (Includes basic versions of Word and Excel) 64-Bit
Warranty - 3 Year Standard Warranty Service
