    Default My 'Secret' Project....

...that is no longer secret because I am showing it here!

Since I joined the server three days ago, I have been underground digging away at the smoothstone that lay underneath all that grass, creating something. Progress has been slow due to hitting 3 lava lakes, 2 encounters ending in death. One because I dug into the bottom of it and the other a Skeleton shot me into it as I was filling it with gravel.

Anyway, it is still heavily in development, a bit messy in some places, such as staircases, but I have ensured that the biggest bits are at least dug out and are cleared of rubbish and smoothstoned over.

You'll probably guess from the pictures, but for those who don't, it's a Fallout 3 inspired underground vault.

Atrium with window into/out of Overseer's office, corridor and cafeteria (far left)

Looking down one of the three apartment corridors (soon to be more on the lower levels). All corridors with apartments have showers at the end

Security, currently the only furnished room in the vault.

Small reactor room (water purification is just through the door)

Will we have to leave the vault to find replacement parts for the water purifier?

Progress update. Yes it has been a long time coming, but the iron and redstone requirement meant I couldn't carry on. That was where Sliv came in and loaded me up with iron. So much iron.

Big thanks to him for kickstarting this again. It has changed a lot since the last screenshots (which were taken 3 days in) and I hope you all like it. I'll just throw links in so I can have more than 4 pics.

The pictures are supposed to be terminal screens. I based a lot of this vault on Vault 19.

More changes will be taking place. I should be able to show you the 'Vault Experiment', armoury, classroom and clinic in the coming weeks.

I like how you decorated the ceiling. It really feels like a room made to please the eye, not only for functionalty. Good job. Keep us up to date

A little update for the vault. I started fleshing out the vault experiment a couple of weeks ago and am really happy with the way it is turning out. Links to pics below.

In the Stone Creation screenshot, the large thing in the background is my cobblestone generator, which is made of glass to allow the 'scientists' to see inside.
