    Default December issue:Scrolls isn't working

    I used the activation key i got with issue 246. I downloaded it but it dosent work.
    all that happens is terminal comes up and says. scroll launcher, launch, logout, process complete.

    does any1 else have this issue?

    i'm having problems actually downloading it, norton has convinced itself scrolls is a virus and keeps feckin deleting it

    the game is still unreleased and in testing, you need the developers forum not here for that.

    same as above but Norton is a terrible virus scan, it is well known for falsely flagging files while letting stuff it shouldn't onto your PC.

    Well this sucks, do you know how i could fix this? i can't really go out and get a new virus scan

    other than telling Norton to ignore it (if you can) the only way would be to disable your virus scan but even Norton is better than no virus scan.

    but there are free virus scans out there such as Microsoft security essentials that are free but comes close to matching the best paid virus scans out there and leaves virus scans like Norton in the dust.

    I'm having issues even getting the code from the magazine to be recognised by the account management anyone else having this issue?

    Seriously, just delete norton and get [url=http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/security-essentials-download]this[/url]. Its so much better its depressing. And completely free.

    Norton is an abomination that largely only survives because its bundled with so many pre-built PCs. Nobody seeks out and installs Norton willingly.
