    Default What professions for Hunter?

What professions would you guys suggest are beneficial for a Hunter?
On my last character I had Mining as it brought in a nice bit of money, and Engineering to make weapons.

it depends what you want to do, you can either pick something you enjoy or something for the stats.

for example alchemy, Engineer, Jewel craft, Smithing and Leatherworking will all give you a small boost to agility (the most important hunter stat by a mile)

were the others will just give random less beneficial buffs, such as minning giving stam, skinning giving crit, herbing giving haste and so on.

so if you are looking to get the most stats you can you want a proff that can give you an agility bonus, if you not to bothered about your stats (not really going to be progression raiding) then just go for what you want as the bonus won't really give you much if you are just going for normal mode raids or heroic dungeons.

    Thanks for your input.

I've gone for Jewelcrafting for the Agility boost with Mining since it seems to feed well into JC.
