1.2, New World, New Rules
For those of you who don't know yet we updated to 1.2.4 yesterday, and with that we also opened a new world for you to explore. It also still has some problems with plugins that are not working on 1.2 yet.
Plugins that are not working right now includes SpoutPlugin, MinecartMania, Stained Glass, and BukkitInventorytools(digilock). This means [SIZE="3"]ALL CHEST AND DOOR LOCKS ARE GONE[/SIZE], we are considering replacing the plugin and dumping spout and StainedGlass(this does not mean you can't use spout client if you like it).
[SIZE="3"]Now on to the new world[/SIZE]
The new world is highly focused on pure survival, with a few exceptions like /back and /home, survival rules will also apply to Nether and The End world.
The new world has a separate inventory and xp to the main world. You can't bring items from main world to neither survival, end or nether, nor the other way. But you can bring items between Nether, end, and survival.
To get to the new world use the command /mv tp survival, this command also works on world, world_nether, world_the_end(just replace the word survival)
Here is a list of things that are different in the survival worlds(it may not be complete)
New map generated in 1.2.4 generator
Normal difficulty level
Creepers explode and hurt you and your building
No tools lasts forever
No world editing(for mods and admins)
No item spawning(mods and admins)
No Creative mode(mods and admins)
No World Guard(mods and admins)
No unlimited items shopping
No locked doors or chests
No map releases
Seperate inventory between main world and survival
Griefing still not allowed and result in bans
