    Default Second UK server

Are we popular enough to run two TF2 servers? Thoughts?

In the evening in the UK, the one server is very full. Would we want it to run the same maps, or should we split them off in some way?

From my perspective (uk), the server is always bloody full, even when I'm on it. It's rarely empty. The only time it's empty is in the mornings on a weekend, and then you can just join it and spam some people on your friend's list to come join, and then everyone else piles in within a map cycle. So: MORE SERVER PLZ.

I think a second server would be a most excellent implementation.
So we can see yet more engineers on TF2 PCG!

    DO IT!!!

I'd like to see one server more heavily weighted towards CTF, and maybe fix the random crashes? They're annoying...

I would echo the suggestion above in that one server be CP & Payload and the other be CP & CTF.

I know Payload maps are very popular, but I like to mix it up once in a while; and it's difficult to find servers that consistently have CTF maps on them which don't have a plethora of mods attached as well.

I like the random crashes, they're an endearing quirk of the server. (They also give me a chance to get on the server).

Another server would be good though, I'll echo the calls for it to run more CTF maps (and some KOTH perhaps, they're fun sometimes).

Another server is a wonderful idea! Would mean less 'press enter', 'click ok', 'repeat', in order to get a game with decent folk.

The USA guys not serious enough about games to get a server too?

They have one, but the pings to it aren't as good for us UK folk. I get an average of 180 ping to the US server, while only 44 to the UK one.

Although for reference, the US PCG TF2 server (which is shared with Maximum PC Magazine) is found at:
    66.151.138.34:27015

Details for other PCG US servers (for other games including ARMA 2) are found at:
