    Default Raid report 16/8/11

    On raid:

    Ulthane
    Oskrylith

    Barper
    Wyrmy
    Doodoo

    Belara
    Bimble
    Dreig
    Hubitrix
    Isilindal

Loot: Dreig, Dreig, Dreig, Dreig. Oh, and TWO pieces of paladin/priest tier gear. Wyrmy will be taking a few days off to recover from a fit of the vapours. Toilet shoulders went to Wyrmy, helmet to Ulthane. And Dreig got some offspec loot too. And some PvP loot.

We headed to Throne of the Four Winds first, with a minor detour to scrabble around in the sand for an ultimately disappointing camel. A slight hint of rustiness saw us wipe once on Al'Akir, but other than that, pretty smooth. We then swapped Dudu out for his DK and went to BH, one-shot that.

Then to BWD. Not the smoothest run, but no problems we couldn't laughably outgear.

I failed on spiking, which didn't matter.

Interrupters failed on Omnitron interrupts, which didn't make a dent in the healer's mana.

We two-healed Maloriak, but only beat our record by 20 seconds because the dps had to spend most of their time killing adds during red and blue phases to make sure there were none up for phase two. Then there were anyway, and it didn't matter.

On Atradmedes, we didn't have a kiter, so we had Isil heal and Dudu went feral, then did his level best to murder us with fire. We still got the achievement.

Then we two-shot Nef after Ulthane disconnected at the start of phase 3 on the first try (we still got him down to about 40%). Our second try included the smoothest phase 3 I've yet seen us do though, so that was nice. So, on the whole, we didn't exactly cover ourselves in glory, but we were good enough to correct mistakes on the fly. And it was fun, which I suppose is important to some people :P

It was a nice fun run, not too serious, mistakes were made but we dealt with it.
