Default Upgrading PC, new Mainboard?

So it's about that time to Upgrade my PC again...

Specs on the old one are:
CPU: C2D E6600 (Cooler: Scythe Infinity)
GPU: ASUS EN8800GTX
MoBo: ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
PSU: Enermax 550W
RAM: 4GB Corsair DDR2 (800Mhz)
Sound: SoundBlaster X-Fi XtremeMusic

Specs on the new one would be:
CPU: Core i7 930
GPU: GigaByte 460GTX1024 (already got this 2 months back cause my old one went poof)
MoBo: Not sure yet, thinking ASUS P6T SE, P6X58D-E or SABERTOOTH X58
PSU: Same as before
RAM: 6GB Corsair DDR3 (1666Mhz)
Sound: Same as before
Also thinking of getting a Intel X25-M 80GB SSD for Boot/System partition but not sure if I'm getting the current Gen2 ones or wait for Gen3 that are supposedly cheaper, better and coming in just a few weeks.

Any ideas on the new MoBo? It should prefferably have SATA3 and USB3 on Board, at least 6 SATA Connectors and at least 1 (or maybe 2) PCI-Slots for the SoundCard and maybe something else.

Also any ideas on a new CPU cooler that's nice and quiet or do you think I could just reuse the old one?

The Scythe Infinity isnt compatible with the 1366 motherboard as it is, unless you have/get the Scythe LGA1366/LGA1156 Mounting Clips. The mounting clips maybe a better idea to reuse that cooler, as it looks great.

Also, you could consider getting an i5 760 CPU if all your doing is gaming.

I7 gives you a nice feeling inside, thats pretty much it but it might be worth it.. though if you dropped to the i5 you might be able to get a nicer gpu

No point in getting the cheaper tech when the i7 is only 50€ more expensive and a lot better at encoding/photoshop I use sometimes and potentially a lot better at Emulation (say Wii or PS2) I might use.

Also most of the boards for it don't seem to have either SATA3 or USB3, also they lack Triple Channel memory and the few that do are about as expensive as the i7 boards.

And I don't think I would buy "mounting clips" just to reuse the cooler xD If I remember right it was hard enough to get it mounted in the first place so a new one might be in order just dunno which :P

Thats all good then.

CPU Cooler wise, there are some good cheap coolers like the Cooler Master 212+ or Artic Freezer PRO 7. But they are not in the same price range of your old cooler, but if you fancy it(although i dont personaly like water inside my PC) a Watercooled Corsair H50-1 is highly thought of, as a its not as time consuming as some Water cooled CPU's. Plus it would be virtualy silent.
