    Question Bottleneck issues?

So, as it's getting near christmas, I was thinking about picking up a radeon r9 270x, but i'm worried that my existing processes (which is pretty shit) will bottleneck it? The process we in hand is the AMD a10-5800k. So, will it bottleneck? And also, will a 450 watt CPU manage to power it? Ant response I will be grateful for.

Yes it will bottleneck in the sense that it wouldn't perform as well as if you had a i5-4670K but it'll still perform faster than your current GPU and worth buying so long as you're not planning on pushing 3 1920x1080 monitors. All a slower chip means is that instead of getting 100% of the GPU's potential, yours getting 85% and chances are, 85% of that card will be faster than 85% of your current card.

Try an AMD 7850/GTX 650 ti boost , they can be had for not much more money, require about the same power & perform better.

Get the fastest GPU you can afford. You always want to get as much horsepower as you can afford. The faster GPU you buy now, the longer it'll be til you need anotherAnd if yiyou can ever upgrade your CPU/motherboard, you'll be set for GPU.
