    Default Removing Windows from HDD.

So my SSD just came back from Corsair (I did a RMA). I have installed Windows 8.1 and updated all of my drivers on to the SSD and it is now ready to completely take over as my primary drive. Therefore, I no longer need the Windows installation on my HDD.

I know that I can obviously format the drive and easily get rid of Windows (plus everything else). However, I would rather not have to remove everything and only get rid of windows. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about doing so?

There is software that'll help you do it(mainly back up and clone software)
You create a separate partition clone or copy what you need over to it then format the windows partition. First DL your copy of windows on to your new hardrive. You'll need to do it from there.
I don't think you can exactly remove windows though...I'm sure you need to back it up yopur data on the same drive or a separate one.

This will work for documents and suck(pictures./movies/music)...software you need to reinstall.
