    Round robin means that everyone plays everyone else and are scored on total number of wins. This is under discussion at the moment as it's been pointed out that if we have more than ten teams (likely) then each series will be fairly long. We're considering the possibility of (if we are successful enough) making the second series a ladder, if there's enough interest.

    I'm going to be adding a google docs spreadsheet to the first post tomorrow, so people can sign up and give me a rough idea how many I'm dealing with.
    Sounds cool. I'm assuming we would be playing at around 9-10pm GMT. Will it be flexible, ie: can we delay matches if RL calls for it ?

    I mean, most of my friends that play dota are either in school or college, so I don't know how it is for them when it comes to exams and such.

    @hakary

    Yeah, there will probably be a degree of flexibility, but on a weeknight I expect 6-11pm GMT would be reasonable. Weekends I would expect to be a bit more open, but I'll be announcing more details in the next couple of weeks, once we've worked them out!

    I'm a complete and total noob (i.e under ten wins at time of writing) but I love DOTA so would be happy to join in if there is space going. My steam name is Agent Wynter.

    On a small tangent, is there a PCG in game DOTA channel? That might be a good place to look for participants if there is.

    @AgentWynter

    If you have a gander at the first post, there's a link to the spreadsheet where you'll find a number of players who are also looking for teams

    howdy, I've put my name down on the solo spreadsheet

    can I suggest a preferred heroes category? i notice a lot of us on the list are too low ranked to have played more than one or two games with the majority of Heroes and seeing who we're confident with would maybe help us form up without too many overlapping skillsets

    maybe even a column for each role where can list our strongest heroes (if any)
    eg:
    OFFLANE, JUNGLE, MID, CARRY, LANE SUPPORT, ROAMING

    I'd definitely be interested in casting some of the matches. Sign me up for it sure. Got a bowl load of dota chatter in my head.

    I would be happy to cast with someone else if they want I'm GMT here so EU times are fine
