    I got Baldur's Gate 2 off GoG about a year ago and it works fine. It *is* a good idea to check the GoG forums to see if people are having problems, though. Plus you can often find links to fixes for a game that let it play on a wide screen monitor.

    It's the only version of 98 I ever knew. The first PC I ever bought came with the SE upgrade disc.
