Thanks for the update, Deadard. Great news, indeed.
We will fit and ensure the Orca asap to get it ready for HS mining ops.
Let's get started with another one .. now we get used to it

Cheers,

However this is quite an old fitting and could be ready for some updating if anyone has any ideas.
Is this fit still okay for hs mining support? Any alternatives? Let me know and we will fit the Orca accordingly for Wednesday's mining op.

Cheers,

It's been mentioned a few times that we could do with having a better way of organising any given indy project. As I see it we could do with knowing what we can do consistently.

For example are people willing to permanently dedicate a couple of manufacturing slots to corp indy projects. If we could guarantee that we had say 2 slots from 10 people all the time this will help us to plan what we can do and in what time frames.

Linked to this is how much resource we generate from a typical mining op, this will help decide how many manufacturing slots we can keep busy all the time as well as whether we need more/less mining op's and should we be focusing on certain ore types at certain times.

If people are happy to dedicate slots to corp manufature then if we can pull together the data on ores mined per week tehn I'm happy to try and put toether a plan of manufacture so we can keep this or any other project ticking over with the resources we have/can get/people are happy to donate.

I've never used google documents before but I could at least get something into the forums to let people know what is needed and when.

Orca fitted and insured in corp ship hangar in Stac M1 Impro .

Mining foreman links are in cargohold. Nim could not fit it, yet. Leadership V still needs to be trained.

Cya tomoroz for mining op.

Cheers,

Hi

I've had a quick play with google docs and put together the following

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Anfj11eMCvFGdFZZRmhxcXVFQzNHNUtXeGRFVThVN Hc

for ease of reference.

I've had to use the blueprint material stats from the market place so not sure if we have researched blueprints which are better than that?

The total mats required will need a tweak if we do.

Based on my manufacturing times we could knock out an orca every 5 and a half days or so if we had the mats with 4 dedicated manufacturing slots.

Not sure whether we have the mats to be able to do that but we had seemed to have a monster mining app on weds so maybe we do??

I'm happy to dedicate the 4 manufacturing slots on a permanent basis.

Let me know if I've got my sums wrong or if you can't get to the spreadsheet

Karadis

Capri's production slots are available if you need them. She has Mass production 4, can't remember how many that gives her though.

Karadis, thank you very much for leading the pack here .

Sam can contribute research & invention slots.
Nim can contribute 2-3 productions slots but I am still a couple of weeks away from capital ship building.

Corp will support where possible.

I f we build a couple of Orcas for the market, we can buy a small fleet of Mackinaw's and Hulks for mining support. I believe this is more effective than building the exhumers in the first place.

Cheers,

I also can spare some slots for whatever is needed.

If we are going to continue to build orcas is it worth while buying the BPOs and researching them instead of buying copies?

Thanks
