    I've always worried about sitting at the PC for too long without getting up for a break.

    I'll make sure now that every 90 minutes I take a break and get a drink.

    Who would have known.. Cigarettes can actually help you improve health. I work as a webdesigner, and i spend about 14 hours/day in front of the computer. I'm also a smoker (not an avid one, since i only smoke about 5 -8 cigarettes/day), but bathroom brakes, + eating brakes + drink brakes + cigarette brakes might just be enough to prevent this..

    It did actually make me think about the cig breaks people take.

    Good idea. Both making you move more and keeping you hydrated. As dehydration is a big part of the issue.

    Yea, i kinda do that too. Sometimes, when i have to work on stressfull things, any excuse to leave the chair is good.

    Which seems to more and more people. As the article points out, it can hit those that sit in front of the TV all day. Basically we are meant to move about
