I'm glad we got it down after a few scrappy attempts. I was worried about the berserk which was getting close.

Not to point fingers (but I will) Aynaria's DPS was exceptionally low. As this will cause problems on future boss I need a volunteer to speak to her to find out what is wrong. If it's gear then Heroic Scenario's is a good way to go for 516 drops and VPs.

P.S. Oondasta was fun although the gear is all a bit redundant for me now.

I did warn you that Aynaria was new to ToT and that all of those coming from The Shadow Pact would need a little help gearing up and getting the hang of tactics.

Their equipped gear level is 495 (excluding the belt won last night) and before last night the furthest they had progressed was Protectors. I would suggest that one of the raid leaders has a chat with them about the best ways to gear up and maybe if you have a Pala in the raid, ask them to have a chat too.

Aynaria, if you are reading the forums I would suggest chatting to either Bimble, Barks or Jecca next time you see one of them online and they will be able to give you some tips of gearing up.

Aynaria is now i500 so that's completely in the right ball park gear wise.

Getting a few more raids done together will help us improve and getting everyone on vent is probably the most important thing right now.

That's really nice of you, thank you.

I hope she's enjoying raiding with us, as well as the schism guys, as its been good for us to have a team again.

Hopefully we'll start progressing further into ToT over the next few weeks.

Thanks for the help! I'm sure Akee is a bit more subtle when discussing this type of thing.

BTW I'm the first to criticize myself when I do something stupid which is surprisingly often
